Thompson School of the
Performing Arts
Thompson School of the Performing Arts is a
professional performing arts school with a
primary focus on educating children and youth.
We believe that youth should enjoy theater,
dance, and music; have fun; and learn
important skills that will take them into the
future. The child or teen who wants to make
performing arts his or her career, the one who
enjoys performing as a hobby, and the one
who could use help in developing his or her
confidence and self-esteem will benefit from
our complete and personally tailored training.
We genuinely care about each child and the
child's needs.

We work in your local community, with
schools and centers, involve children and
youth in the process of preparing a production,
and create a complete performance for parents
and other audiences. We also provide tailored
individualized instruction for children and
youth.

Our instruction is led by Wolfgang Thompson,
a recognized San Francisco Bay Area director,
actor, choreographer and playwright. Mr.
Thompson has years of experience in
professional theater and dance, including
classical and modern work, as well as years of
experience as an acting and voice instructor for
theater, film, television, and music
performance. Mr. Thompson has enjoyed
significant press for performances he has
written, directed and choreographed, and he
has received praise and recommendations from
numerous performing arts students.

We want you to see the smile on your child's
face and the quality of work your child can
create!
